【工作職責(zé)】
1. 全面負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)搭建、管理,項(xiàng)目的具體推進(jìn)、執(zhí)行,完成年度業(yè)務(wù)指標(biāo);
2. 充分分析客戶需求,制定尋訪方案,尋找合適的候選人;
3. 針對(duì)客戶公司的招聘計(jì)劃給出專業(yè)的建議;
4. 通過日常的高端人選面談沉淀積累人脈資源;
5. 參與公司其他項(xiàng)目,通過資源對(duì)接,盤活資源并變現(xiàn);
【任職要求】
1. 5年以上獵頭行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有1-3年團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 本科及以上學(xué)歷;
3. 以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向,具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理能力;
4. 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),抗壓力好,能適應(yīng)積累性行業(yè)前期積累階段帶來的壓力;
5. 目標(biāo)感強(qiáng),有較強(qiáng)的的賺錢欲望。

【工作職責(zé)】
1. 輔助顧問經(jīng)理進(jìn)行目標(biāo)市場的信息搜集、挖掘、整理;
2. 候選人尋訪,溝通,完成目標(biāo)公司的組織架構(gòu)、業(yè)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)、人員、管理層級(jí),薪酬架構(gòu)等信息的mapping任務(wù);
3. 評(píng)定候選人適合的崗位及品牌進(jìn)行匹配,推薦職位,匹配合適職位;
4. 給予候選人合理的求職建議,面試輔導(dǎo);
5. 通過客戶HR,有效理解客戶用人要求,進(jìn)行簡歷推薦,撰寫適合每位候選人的推薦簡歷,跟進(jìn)面試;
6. 團(tuán)隊(duì)交給的其他工作內(nèi)容。
【任職要求】
1. 有1-4年獵頭行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先,例如醫(yī)藥、制造業(yè)、招聘咨詢、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、零售業(yè)等。
2. 統(tǒng)招本科以上學(xué)歷;
3. 個(gè)性開朗、自信,熱愛溝通與社交,有強(qiáng)烈的進(jìn)取心 、結(jié)果導(dǎo)向;
4. 有銷售欲望,在工作中自我要求高,對(duì)工作積極向上,有自己的職業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo);
