3. 針對客戶公司的招聘計劃給出專業(yè)的建議;
4. 通過日常的高端人選面談沉淀積累人脈資源;
5. 參與公司其他項目,通過資源對接,盤活資源并變現;
【任職要求】
1. 5年以上獵頭行業(yè)經驗,有1-3年團隊管理經驗;
2. 本科及以上學歷;
3. 以結果為導向,具備良好的團隊精神和團隊管理能力;
4. 學習能力強,抗壓力好,能適應積累性行業(yè)前期積累階段帶來的壓力;
5. 目標感強,有較強的的賺錢欲望。

【工作職責】
1. 輔助顧問經理進行目標市場的信息搜集、挖掘、整理;
2. 候選人尋訪,溝通,完成目標公司的組織架構、業(yè)務團隊、人員、管理層級,薪酬架構等信息的mapping任務;
3. 評定候選人適合的崗位及品牌進行匹配,推薦職位,匹配合適職位;
4. 給予候選人合理的求職建議,面試輔導;
5. 通過客戶HR,有效理解客戶用人要求,進行簡歷推薦,撰寫適合每位候選人的推薦簡歷,跟進面試;
6. 團隊交給的其他工作內容。
【任職要求】
1. 有1-4年獵頭行業(yè)經驗優(yōu)先,例如醫(yī)藥、制造業(yè)、招聘咨詢、互聯網、零售業(yè)等。
2. 統(tǒng)招本科以上學歷;
3. 個性開朗、自信,熱愛溝通與社交,有強烈的進取心 、結果導向;
4. 有銷售欲望,在工作中自我要求高,對工作積極向上,有自己的職業(yè)發(fā)展目標;
5. 請投遞之前對獵頭有一定的認知,踏實、穩(wěn)重;
6. 有電銷經驗優(yōu)先。能積極面對cold call的壓力,化壓力為動力;
